Packages shipped using the expedite option are normally tagged with SXY label in the tracking number. SXYExpress is the logistic company we use to send packages to respective countries.

For packages going to the USA, Fedex normally takes over the delivery. They can be tracked through this link: http://www.shipuea.com/tracking.aspx

Packages going to Canada are handed over to and delivered by UPS or DHL. You may contact sales@moderntailor.com to get the UPS or DHL tracking number. For other countries, SXYExpress determines the fastest and least costly shipping provider as soon as the package arrives in the destination country. Please email sales@moderntailor.com to get the new tracking # assigned to the package.

Expedite shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to be received starting from date of shipping (excludes Saturday and Sunday).

Standard Shipping

Aldex:

Aldex delivery cost $10/shirt

*Delivery period 10 to 14 business days

Packages shipped through Aldex are those going to USA. When shipped via Aldex, packages are handed over to Fedex and assigned a new tracking number for delivery.

Fedex uses the Fedex Ground shipping option. This normally takes 10-14 business days from date of shipping (excludes Saturday and Sunday).

EMS (Express Mail Service) International:

EMS shipping cost $10/shirt

*Delivery period 10 to 14 business days

As part of the EMS Cooperative agreement of the United Nations's Universal Post Union, member country's postal office shall be handling the delivery of EMS and EMS International packages.

EMS packages going to the USA are handed over to USPS (US Postal Service) for delivery.

AirMail:

*Delivery period - approximately 20 business days

Fabric catalogs are shipped via Airmail. Once the package reaches the destination country, it is handed over to that country's postal office for delivery.
