This was a promotional trial shirt, so the price was very good. The sleeve length shrunk about 1/2 inch after washing. On another note, I think shipping costs are rather expensive, especially when ordering several shirts together (it would be nice to have a flat fee). Finally, I think your customer service is excellent.
