It's difficult to run an online tailoring business and it can only succeed with strong customer service. My only suggestion is offering new customers a better way to provide good measurements. 03/30/2010 18:16: The biggest problem I have with any dress shirt has always been the fit. I have large neck, wide sholders, long arms, and a fairly narrow waist. So other sirts only fit in one or two of those areas leaving the others either too small, or way to big. The shirt I ordered fits me better than any other shirt I've ever owned. Bryan
